The present case was listed on 01.04.2026. On the said date, no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Consequently, the same was stands posted to today in the caption for dismissal. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Kishore Kumar Vanga, counsel representing Sri K.Rajanna, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that they have given No-Objection Vakalat to the petitioners long back. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology submits that the main Writ Petition No.36960 of 2012 itself was dismissed for non-prosecution on 01.07.2024. She also placed the said copy of final orders on record, and the same is taken on record. 3. Accordingly, recording the said submission, the contempt case is closed.
