Order:-
The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents not to disengage the petitioner and to engage other persons on contract basis without following due process of law.
2. This Court, on 22.01.2014, directed status quo to be maintained until further orders.
3. The petitioner appears to have been continued in service in terms of the engagement in pursuance of the interim orders, and this Court is not inclined to unsettle the same.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open for the respondents to engage the petitioner’s services till the requirement. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
