The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner had applied for the post of Junior Plant Attendant in pursuance of the notification issued on 05.01.2011. It is submitted that the petitioner had applied by considering himself as a candidate belonging to O.C. community, and a hall ticket was also issued accordingly. It is further submitted that, after the conduct of the examination and declaration of the results, the petitioner submitted a representation seeking consideration under the BC-A category. It is also submitted that the recruitment process, in pursuance of the said notification, has been completed and that this Court did not grant any interim order while admitting the writ petition. 3. Considering the submissions that the recruitment process has been completed, and that the petitioner had applied as a candidate belonging to the O.C. community, the further request made by the petitioner, after declaration of the results, to consider him under the BC-A category cannot be entertained. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
