The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that, in pursuance of the directions, dated 23.12.2013, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner for alternative employment and accordingly accommodated him as a Shramik in terms of the circular dated 28.01.1981. It is further submitted that the petitioner was posted to Chittoor-II Depot on 22.02.2014, duly protecting his pay in the alternative post. 3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
