In view of the said compliance, it is submitted that the grievance of the petitioner does not survive for further adjudication in the present writ petition. 3.
Recording the aforesaid submission and taking note of the compliance of the interim directions issued by this Court, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in this matter. 4.
