ORDER:-
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner passed away during pendency of the writ petition. It is further submitted that by virtue of the interim orders granted by this Court on 25.07.2013 all the benefits were paid to the petitioner by respondent Nos.1 and 2. Recording the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
