Prasant Kumar, Principal, whose promotion was approved by the 1st respondent vide Govt. Memo No. 9907/Trg/A1/2007 dt: 1.5.2008 and pass. Directions for promoting after retirement of an employee cannot be issued on these considerations. 3. Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed and the Writ Petition is closed.
