ORDER:
1. The petitioner is challenging the action of the respondents in rejecting his application for the post of Assistant Executive Engineer by ignoring the disability certificate issued by respondent No.3.
A consequential direction is also sought to direct respondent No.2 to permit the petitioner to participate in the verification of the disability certificate proposed to be held on 11.11.2013. No interim orders were passed at the time of admission of writ petition. 2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submitted that the recruitment pursuant to the notification has been completed. As such, no further orders can be passed in the present writ petition. It is further submitted that, in view of the completion of the recruitment process, no relief can be granted on merits at this belated stage. 3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed.
