This Court, vide order dated 26.09.2013, granted an interim direction directing the respondents not to deduct the entire House Rent Allowance from the salaries of the petitioners, but to limit such deduction only to the actual standard rent payable by them, as fixed by the competent authority. 3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is closed in terms of the interim orders granted earlier by this Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
