The petitioner has filed the writ petition challenging the action of the 1st respondent in changing the petitioner as guide of the 2nd respondent and allowing the 3rd respondent without any valid reason. 2.
The petitioner was appointed as a guide to the 3rd respondent during the time when the 3rd respondent was pursuing the Ph.D. course. 3. On account of efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive, as no interim orders were passed when the writ petition was admitted on 24.07.2013. By now, the 3rd respondent would have completed the Ph.D. and, as such, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
