This Court, by an order dated 30.07.2013, granted an interim direction as prayed by the petitioner. The petitioner has challenged the memo dated 09.07.2013, whereby the appointment of the petitioner as a Field Operator was terminated by the respondents. Pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, the petitioner has been continuing in service. 2. It is evident from the record that the petitioner has been continuing in service for considerable length of time by virtue of the interim protection granted by this Court. At this stage, no purpose would be served by disturbing the service of the petitioner. 3. This Court is of the considered opinion that no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed in terms of the interim orders granted by this Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
