GP FOR ENDOWMENTS The Court made the following: 3 ORDER:- Petitioner is seeking a direction for extension of the benefits in pursuance of the circular dated 05.02.2013. This Court vide interim orders dated 12.09.2013 directed the Executive Officer of the 3rd respondent temple to consider paying wages to the petitioner in light of the circular dated 05.02.2013 issued by the Commissioner of Endowments. 2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd Respondent, submits that the 3rd respondent has extended all the benefits for which the petitioner is entitled in light of the circular and that the petitioner along with other employees are already extended to the benefit of minimum time scale without allowances. This is under the instructions of the government with effect from issuance of the orders. It is also stated in the counter that the grievance of the petitioner has been adequately addressed by the respondents. 3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open for the petitioner to file afresh if aggrieved by any further orders of the respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
