GP FOR HOUSING The Court made the following: ORDER: The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are not allowing the petitioners to discharge their duties as Temporary Work Inspectors on contract basis. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioners were engaged initially on contract basis through an outsourcing agency. It is further submitted that this Court while admitting the writ petition on 26.09.2013 granted interim direction to continue the petitioners as Work Inspectors on the same terms and conditions as are applicable to them, provided there is a need for their services in the department. It is also submitted that the petitioners are working since 30.06.2014 through an outsourcing agency M/s. M.K. Enterprises. Recording the same, no further orders are required to be passed. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
