The Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner passed away during pendency of the writ petition. It is also submitted that by virtue of the interim order dated 26.09.2013 no recovery was effected and till date the recovery proceedings have not been initiated. Considering the submission that the petition is no more, the writ petition is closed in terms of the interim order granted earlier. There shall be no order as to costs.
