No.1442 of 2012 on the file of the III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada. The trial Court has allowed the petition filed under Order IX Rule 13 of C.P.C. to set aside the ex parte decree dated 21.02.2013 on condition of deposit of Rs.50,000/- towards arrears of rent. 2. There is no representation on either side. 3. Upon verification of the e-Courts records, it is found that O.S. No.1442 of 2012 on the file of the IV Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada was contested and decreed with costs on 21.02.2013. 4. In view of the same, nothing further survives in the Civil Revision Petition. 5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
