No. 158/RVM (SSA)B7/2013, dated 20-06-2013 by the 1st Respondent, as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14, 16, 21 and 39 (d) of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the proceedings Rc. BHASKAR GORLA The Court made the following: 4 Order:- The petitioners are seeking a direction from this Court to the 1st respondent to regularize their services with all consequential benefits. 2. This Court, while admitting the writ petition on 05.07.2013, permitted the 1st respondent to conduct a skill test to make an assessment about the suitability of the petitioners for being engaged as Data Entry Operators in its mission. Depending upon the result in the skill test, the petitioners may be continued, but however, it was made clear that their continuance will depend upon their clearing the test. 3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that, in pursuance of the interim orders passed, the petitioners are continuing in service. 4. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
