The petitioners are seeking a direction from this Court to absorb them into aided posts with effect from the dates of their respective appointments, and to declare that they are entitled to all consequential service benefits. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, submits that the 4th respondent has surrendered the grant-in-aid along with the aided posts. It is further submitted that, as on date, respondent No.5 is no longer an aided college, and therefore the question of considering the case of the petitioners for absorption into aided posts does not arise. 3. Recording the said submission, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
