The present Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 29.09.2022 passed by the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge-Cum- II Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam in EA.No.148 of 2020 in E.P.No. 69 of 2008 in OS No. 681 of 1992. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Judge had issued arrest warrant against the 1st respondent for detention in civil imprisonment for a period of seven months on payment of subsistence allowance by the decree holder. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has allotted alternative land admeasuring 1326.84 square yards in Survey No.126/3P of Madhavadhara Village and an exchange deed was executed on 05.12.2022 and in pursuance of the same, the EP was closed on 13.09.2023. 3. Considering that the amicable settlement arrived at amongst the parties here too, warrant of arrest against the 1st respondent is hereby set aside and the present Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
