Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 submits that the petitioner is still continuing as Accountant. 3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order, permitting the petitioner to continue till he attains the age of superannuation.
