CMP Nos. 26855 of 2025and 167 of 2026 The instant application being CMP No. 26855 of 2025 has been filed for the release of amount of compensation in a decided matter. Alongwith, this application, an application being CMP No. 167 of 2026 has been filed for taking on record the afÏdavits. It has been averred in the application that the amount of compensation qua the share of deceased respondent No.5 Roop Singh is to be disbursed to Smt Maya Devi being widow of Roop Singh and Brij Lal son of Roop Singh. On 21.11.2025, the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.5 Roop Singh were ordered to be brought on record and as per the amended memo of parties which has been filed by the applicant he is survived by four legal heirs namely, Maya Devi, widow of Roop Singh , Krishni Devi, mother of Roop Singh, Archna Kumari, daughter of Roop Singh and Brij Lal son of Roop Singh. No objection certificates/ afÏdavits have been filed by Smt. Krishni Devi and Archna Kumari and they have averred in the afÏdavits that they have no objection in case, the entire amount of compensation qua their share is ordered to be released in favour of Maya Devi and Brij Lal. Therefore, in view of the averments as made in the application, the total amount of compensation qua share of Roop Singh is ordered to be released in favour of Smt. Maya Devi and Brij Lal by remitting the same in their bank account as given in the application along with up to date interest as per their shares, particulars whereof have been mentioned in para 8 of application bearing CMP No. 26855 of 2025.
