This first appeal is directed against the judgment dated 23.01.2012 passed in Summary Suit No.6 of 2010, whereby learned Civil Judge, Bardoli at Surat was pleased to allow the Summary Suit and directed the appellant- original defendant to pay a sum of Rs.32,37,366/- with interest @ 24% per annum from the date of suit till the realization of the amount. 2. Since long, neither the appellant, nor, the counsel appeared to argue the matter. Learned counsel Mr. Darji had withdrawn his appearance and despite of intimation given by him to the appellant, no any counsel being retained by the appellant herein.
