1. The instant matter, in view of the law laid down by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the recent judgment passed in case titled, “Union Territory of J&K and Ors. Vs. Saba Wani” dated 03.04.2026, has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner is not figuring in the select panel. Therefore,
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with a liberty to seek the appropriate remedy available under law.
2. The instant petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
3. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
