The petitioner has filed this petition for commanding the respondents to act upon the panel of the candidates prepared in order of merit for engagement as Rehbar-e-Taleem Teacher in Government Primary School Upper Bhajmasta, pursuant to advertisement issued by the Chief Education Officer, Ramban dated 01.05.2008 and engage the petitioner who is on the panel at Serial No. 1 as ReT Teacher in the said school, recognizing her 10+2 pass academic qualification from the Central Board of Higher Education, New Delhi and factoring the same into her merit position. 2. Mr. Anishwar Chatterjee Koul, learned GA submits that Nodal Officer has been appointed pursuant to directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in UT of J&K v. Saba Wani and where the panels have been prepared, the same shall be considered in accordance with the judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. SWP No. 1445/2012 2 3. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to comply the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India as mentioned above so far as the case of the petitioner is concerned.
