In this petition, the petitioner is seeking quashment of order dated 07.09.2012, issued by respondent No. 4, whereby, respondent No. 5 was selected and appointed as Lab Assistant (Contractual) under NRHM at PHC Hari Marhote, who was allegedly having lower merit than the petitioner. The selection in question pertains to the year 2012 and the selection and appointment of Lab Assistants in NRHM was on contractual basis for a specified period. 02. This petition, with the efflux of time, has been rendered infructuous. Consequently, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions in the matter. 03. This petition, is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous and for non-prosecution.
