HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU SWP No. 2640/2012 Mohd. Javaid …..Petitioner(s) Through: None. Vs State of J&K & Ors. .…. Respondent(s) Through: Mr. Raman Sharma, AAG with Ms. Jagmeet Kour, Advocate. Coram: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY DHAR, JUDGE ORDER 27.02.2026 01. Through the medium of the present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction upon the respondents to prepare the panel of RET teachers of Government Primary School Chitibati Kothra. 02. The RET Scheme stands already closed, as such, the relief prayed for in the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. This seems to be the reason for non-appearance of the petitioner which indicates that he has lost interest in prosecuting the matter. 03. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 04. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated. (SANJAY DHAR) JUDGE Jammu 27.02.2026 Shivalee Regular List Sr. No. 20 Shivalee Khajuria 2026.03.02 18.08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Jammu
