Even though the matter was listed under the heading ‘For Referral to Mediation’, but on the consent of the Parties, the matter was taken up. 3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 4. It is contended on the face of the order passed by this Court on 12.12.2012 and subsequent order passed in CONTC No.400 of 2013, the original Petitioner never got the benefit so sanctioned under Annexure-4. 5. It is accordingly contended that Opp. Parties be directed to release the benefits so sanctioned vide letter dated 17.12.2007 under Annexure-4 in favour of the substituted Petitioner, within the stipulated time period. This Court taking into account the nature of order passed in CONTC No.400 of 2013 so disposed of on 22.04.2019, finds that the said Contempt Petition was disposed of by giving time to the Petitioner to comply the requirements, as stated in Para 6 of the show cause. On such compliance of the requirements, Opp. Parties were directed to pay the dues. 5.2. Since it is fairly admitted that no such compliance has yet been made in terms of order dated 22.04.2019, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition, permits the substituted Petitioner to comply the requirement as stated in Para 6 of the show cause, if the same has not yet been complied with within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. On such compliance of the requirement, Opp. Parties shall release the amount in terms of order dated 22.04.2019 so passed in CONTC No.400 of 2013. 6.
