This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode. 2. Though the matter was listed under the heading “For Referral to the Special Mediation Drive-Mediation “For The Nation”, but on the consent learned counsel appearing for the parties, the same was taken up. 3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 4. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer: The Petitioners, therefore, pray that your lordships would be graciously pleased to admit this writ Petition call for the records and after hearing the parties allow the same, issue writ/writs in the nature of certiorari/mandamus and/or any other further writ/direction directing the Opp. parties not to substitute temporary employees in place of the Petitioners as Data Entry Operators under the Opp. party No.2 and direct the Opp. parties to regularize the Petitioners in respect of post they are working within a stipulated period; And for this act of kindness, the Petitioners shall as in duty bound ever pray. 5. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioners to make fresh representation before Opp. Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of their claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence. 6. It is observed that if any such representation is filed within the aforesaid time period, Opp. Party No. 2 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No. 2 be communicated to one of the Petitioner. 7. Till a decision is taken, interim order passed earlier shall continue. 8.
