Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 3. This application has been filed with a prayer to amend the Writ Petition as per the schedule. 4. Considering the grounds taken, the prayer for amendment stands allowed. 5. Consolidated cause title filed in Court be placed in the appropriate place. 6. Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties. 3. Petitioner has filed the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to :- i) Admit the writ application: ii) Call for the records; ⅲ) Issue appropriate writ/writs, direction/direction directing the opposite parties particularly opposite party no.1 to modify the order dated 22.08.2011 (Annexure-8) to the extent that the petitioner be appointed as regular Helper from the date when his junior N.M.R were absorbed against such post of helper. iv) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ/writs, direction/direction directing the opposite parties to regularize the services of the petitioner as against the post of Helper in terms of the circular dated 23.03.1993 and to extend all the service benefit as has been done in the case of other junior N.M.Rs. v) And/or pass any other order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper for the ends of justice. And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound, ever pray.” 4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant Page 3 of 3. documents and citations in support of her claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence. 5. It is observed that if such representation is filed within the aforesaid time period, Opp. Party No.1 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation.
