Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 3. The present writ petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:- “The petitioner above named, therefore, prays that in the facts and circumstances of the case stated above, this Hon'ble Court may please to issue to the Opp. Parties directing them to show cause as to why the writ application shall not be allowed. If they fail to show cause or the cause shown are found to be insufficient in law as well as in the facts and circumstances of the case, this Hon'ble Court may please to allow this application, directing the Opp. Parties to produce the second advertisement vide No. 1235 dated 19.11.2012 issued by the Opp. Party No.3 and on production quash the same by issuing an appropriate writ/writs particularly & writ of Mandamus and direct the Opp. Parties to proceed with the selection and appointment on the basis of the advertisement under Annexure-1 of the Page 2 of 2. writ application and allow the writ application with an exemplary cost and damages in favour of the petitioner. And any other orders/directions consider fit and proper may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner. And for this act of kindness the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray.” 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that though highlighting her grievances, Petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition before the Opp. Party No. 1, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No. 1 to take a decision on the above noted Petition within a specific time period. 5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No. 1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner. 6.
