As is revealed from the order sheet of the case record, when the matter was listed on 25.07.2012, none appeared for the Petitioner. However, subsequently, Misc. Case No.12923 of 2012 was filed by the Petitioner for modification of order dated 25.07.2012, which stood dismissed vide order dated 04.09.2012. Thereafter, on 16.11.2012, this Court directed the Registry to call for the entire records of C.P. No.490 of 2010 pending in the Court of Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar. 4. A prayer has been made in the writ petition to reopen C.P. No.490 of 2010 and recall of order dated 21.07.2011, vide which the C.P. was dismissed, as the Petitioner was non-suited. Thereafter, the present writ petition has been filed. 5. Hence, it can be well presumed that by efflux of time the prayer made in the writ petition, which is pending for last 14 years, has become infructuous. 6.
