This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 29.08.2012 and 03.09.2012 and the gradation list of level-V teachers prepared in compliance of the impugned order and to issue a direction to the respondents to allow the applicant to continue as head master in terms of order of promotion dated 22.07.2005 with all consequential financial and service benefits. 2. On 12.07.2022, after receiving the counter affidavit, the learned counsel for the Petitioner had prayed for time to obtain instructions and the matter had been directed to be listed on 11.08.2022. However, the matter was not listed on 11.08.2022 and has been listed today after almost four years. 3. Today, Mr. Biswabihari Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner files a memo stating that the matter has become infructuous. The contents of the memo which are reproduced are confusing: “That the above matter today listed on dated 06.07.2026(weekly SI No. 33) in meantime Hon’ble Court direction to infructuous and disposed of.” 4.
