This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode. 2. Heard learned counsel for the Parties. 3. Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- “Petitioner, therefore, prays that a writ of Mandamus/ Certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order or direction be issued (i) to the Opp. Party Nos. 2, 4 & 5 or any other Opp. parties to pay the arrear differential salary of the petitioner from 1.11.1987 to 30.4.1997 with interest @ 18% P.A. till the date of payment, (ii) to direct such Opp. Parties to fix and disburse the appropriate quantum of salary on the basis of the petitioner’s continuing as Senior Electrician ‘A’ from 1987 to April, 1997 with differential pension and the present and future enhanced pension.” 4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to make a detailed representation by the legal heirs of the deceased employee/substituted petitioner No.1(a) to 1(d) before Opp. Party No.3 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence. 5. It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opp. Party No.3 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.3 be communicated to petitioner No.1(a) within the aforesaid time period. 6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
