Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties. 3. Petitioner has filed the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:- “It is therefore prayed that the Writ petition may be admitted, relevant records may be called for and after hearing the counsels for the parties the Writ petition be allowed by directing the Opp. Parties to pay the arrear House Rent Allowance of the petitioner as stated in Annexure - 7 with interest @ 18% within such period as deem just and proper by this Hon'ble Court; And pass such other order/orders as may be deemed just and proper, And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound, shall ever pray.” 4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh Page 2 of 2. representation before Opp. Party No. 2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence. 5. It is observed that if such representation is filed within the aforesaid time period, Opp. Party No. 2 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation.
