Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties. 3. Petitioners have filed the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:- “The petitioners, therefore, pray that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to issue a Rule Nisi calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs shall not be issued; i) directing the opposite parties to pay them the dues as per the contract and not to deduct towards fuel/lubricant and damage of tyres as this is not possible on the part of the petitioners to control; ii) If the opposite parties fail to show-cause or show insufficient cause to make the said rule absolute; Page 2 of 2. iii) and, to pass such other order/orders and to issue such other writ/writs as would afford complete relief to the petitioner; And for this act of kindness the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray.” 4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioners to make individual representation before Opp. Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of their claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence. 5. It is observed that if such representation is filed individually within the aforesaid time period, Opp. Party No. 2 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation.
