This matter is taken up in the 2nd National Lok Adalat in presence of the Advocates/representatives of both the Appellants- claimants and Respondent -Insurance Company. 2. On the basis of the compromise made between the parties, the claim is settled at a further consolidated sum of Rs.1,80,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Eight Thousand) as compensation. 3. The Insurance Company is directed to deposit the enhanced award amount before the learned Tribunal within a period of two months which shall be disbursed to the claimants.
