It appears that CRLMC No. 3468 of 2012 and CRLMC No. 3469 of 2012 had been filed by co-accused persons, which have been disposed of on 25.03.2022 and 26.09.2024 respectively. 3. None appears for the petitioners and the Opposite Party No.2 when the matter is called. 4. In view of the fact that the FIR is of the year 2012 and the CRLMCs filed by the co-accused persons challenging the proceeding has been disposed of in the meanwhile, this CRLMC is also disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to raise their contentions at the time of framing of charge, if charge has not yet been framed and the proceedings are still pending, if so advised.
