This appeal has been filed by the appellant-wife against the judgment and decree dated 22.02.2012 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur in Civil Proceeding No.157 of 2010. 2. This appeal is of the year 2012. 3 It appears that when the matter was called on 24.09.2025, 13.11.2025, 17.12.2025 and 22.01.2026, nobody appeared on behalf of the appellant-wife. Even today, when the matter was taken up on second call, no one appears for the appellant-wife. 4. Since more than thirteen years have elapsed from the date of institution of this MATA and nobody is appearing for the appellant- wife for last four dates to pursue this matter, the MATA stands dismissed for non-prosecution. 5.
