No.3457 of 2025, the name of Petitioner No.1(f), namely, Shri Ashok Kumar Mishra, aged about 52 years, son of Late Raghunath Mishra, At – Kacheri Bazar, P.O./P.S./Dist- Nayagarh was inadvertently left out. Hence, this I.A. has been filed for correction of the cause title of the writ petition. 3.1. Mr. Dash, learned Senior Advocate also files the corrected cause title in Court, which is taken on record. The same may be appropriately placed in the brief. 4. Mr. Senapati, learned counsel for Opposite Party No.1 and Mr. Mishra, learned Senior Advocate appearing for Opposite Party No.2 do not have any objection to such prayer. 5.
