SUBRAMANIAM, J.,] The writ of declaration has been instituted to declare the restriction viz., PIO [Person of Indian Origin] and OCI [Overseas Citizen of India] are excluded from National Rowing Championships in Rule 5 of the Rules of Racing of the Rowing Federation of India, the 3rd respondent herein as unconstitutional. 2. At the time of filing the writ petition, the petitioner was a minor and now, he has attained the age of majority. In view of the fact that the issue has lost its relevance and the petitioner has attained the age of majority, the Writ Petition stands closed.
