The order of this Court has been complied with. The Deputy Director, Sriviliputhur Meghamalai Tiger Reserve, Theni District vide proceedings dated 29.05.2025 informed the petitioner that his request cannot be complied with. We had not passed any order on merits. We had only called upon the authority to consider the petitioner's request. Taking note of the fact that the area in question has now been declared as a tiger reserve, the respondents made it clear that no developmental activities such as laying of road or installing mobile phone tower can be carried out.
