The present Regular First Appeal has been filed under Section 96 read with Order XLI of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, against the Judgment/Order dated 30.08.2011 passed by the learned Additional District Judge-03 (C), Delhi, in Suit No. 129/08 titled as “M/s Delhi Regd. Stock Holders v. Smt Bimla Joshi & Ors.” 2. This Court takes note of the fact that vide Order dated 09.04.2026, this Court had directed issuance of fresh Court Notice, since none had appeared on behalf of the Appellant on various earlier dates and further that the Court Notice that was issued to the Appellant vide Order dated 12.03.2025 was returned unserved with the remark “unserved (locked)”. 3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel Ms. Diya Jain, appeared and submitted that though their office was earlier This is a digitally signed order.
