These applications have been filed on behalf of the appellants seeking impleadment of one Mr. Lovely Chanda in the aforesaid matters. 2. It is stated that during the pendency of this appeal, the appellants have entered into a deed of compromise dated 7th October, 2025 with the respondent no.2 in FAO 300/2012, the respondent no.2 in FAO 302/2012, the respondent no.2 in FAO 303/2012, the respondent no.9 in RFA 147/2018 and Mr. Lovely Chanda. 3. It is stated that the above-mentioned parties have entered into separate agreements to sell with Mr. Lovely Chanda for the purpose of selling their shares in the subject property. 4. Counsel appears for Mr. Lovely Chanda and does not oppose his impleadment. 4.1. Counsel appearing for Mr. Lovely Chanda submits that he will be filing his vakalatnama during the course of the day. The present applications have been filed jointly on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (‘CPC’) to record the compromise arrived at between the parties. The applications have been duly signed by the parties and are supported by their respective affidavits. 9. The parties to the appeal have entered into a compromise deed dated 7th October, 2025, which has been filed along with the applications. The deed of compromise also bears the signatures of the parties. 10. I have gone through the terms of the compromise and find the same to be lawful. The parties shall remain bound by the same. 11.
