JUDGMENT : Anil Kumar, J. On the first call, a pass-over was prayed on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner on the ground that the counsel has been held up in the traffic jam. On second call, still the counsel for the petitioner was not available. The matter was passed over again. On the third call, again no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It is now 13:00 hrs. The record also reveals that the show cause notice has not been issued in the matter and the matter has been adjourned since 10th August, 2011 at the instance of the counsel for the petitioner. In the circumstances, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss the writ petition in default of appearance of the petitioner and his counsel. Dismissed in default.
