Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are ad idem that the “Religious Committee”, in fact, seem to have taken a slightly tangential direction, insofar as it stayed it hand from proceeding further due to the existence of an alleged title dispute between the parties over the concerned premises. 3. At this stage, Mr. Vashisht, learned Standing Counsel, suggests that the “Religious Committee” may take a decision on the fate of the buildings in the concerned premises de hors the alleged issue of title. 4. This Court finds substance in the suggestion made by the learned Standing Counsel, and accordingly, the “Religious Committee” is directed to ensure that the matter is taken up for consideration and, decision passed and communicated to the parties within a period of six (06) weeks from today. 5.
