Consequently, it was submitted, the Petition was rendered infructuous. 3. Time was granted to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Decree Holder to seek instructions as to whether they wished to pursue the present Petition. 4. Despite the aforesaid, none appears on behalf of the parties today. 5. This Court is of the view that the matter, which has remained pending since the year 2012, is of considerable vintage and no useful purpose would be served in keeping it pending on the board. 6.
