1. List revised. None appears on behalf of the petitioner to press the instant petition. However, Shri Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 and Shri Manish Kumar, learned standing counsel for the State respondents are present. 2.The instant petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:
"a. issue a writ, order direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to make payment of G.P.F. of the petitioner being its no.
IRRTU 47095; b. issue a writ, order, direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 14.6.2012."
3. Shri Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 submits that the GPF amount has already been paid to the petitioner.
4. In such view of the matter, nothing survives in the matter. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. May 7, 2026 o.k.
