IRRTU 47095; b. issue a writ, order, direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 14.6.2012." 3. Shri Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 submits that the GPF amount has already been paid to the petitioner. 4. In such view of the matter, nothing survives in the matter.
