HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CIVIL REVISION No. - 614 of 2012 Court No. - 5 HON'BLE MANISH KUMAR NIGAM, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This revision has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 27.8.2012 passed in S.C.C. Suit No.52/2010 (Smt. Nirmala Devi vs. Punjab National Bank). 3. By the decree, the defendant - Punjab National Bank was to vacate the premises within four weeks and to deposit the decreetal amount. 4. It has been stated by learned counsel for the revisionist that the Bank has vacated the premises on 14.7.2025 and has also deposited the arrears of rent as well as rent up to the date on which the Bank has vacated the premises. 5. Learned counsel for the Bank submitted that keys of the premises in dispute are with the Bank because of the dispute between the landlord and the society and therefore, same is not being handed over. 6. Since the Bank has already vacated the premises and merely is possessing the keys, it is directed that the Bank should deposit the keys before the Executing Court, within a period of three weeks and in case Bank deposits the keys within three weeks, no further liability will be fastened upon the Bank. 7. With these observations, the present revision stands disposed of.
