The present appeal is filed by the appellant Acquiring Body against the enhancement granted by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal, vide Judgment and Award dated 20.08.2010, passed in L.A.C. No.317 of 2003. 3. Perusal of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 20.08.2010, reveals that the SLAO has awarded compensation @ Rs.65,238/- per Hectare for the acquired land and same came to be enhanced by the Reference Court and granted compensation at the rate of Rs.1,50,000/- per Hectare. 4. It is pertinent to note that the State Government has adopted the policy vide Government Resolution Dated 03.11.2016 and as corrected or amended by 2026:BHC-NAG:8402 2 248. FA 1181 of 2012.odt Corrigendum Dated 13.08.2018 that not to prefer an appeal if the enhanced rate is less than four times the rate awarded by the Land Acquisition Officer. In view of this, the present appeal can be disposed of. 5. Hence, in pursuance of the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016, the First Appeal stands disposed of. (SUSHIL M. GHODESWAR, J.) asd
