The present appeal is filed by the appellant Acquiring Body, against the enhancement granted by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal, vide Judgment and Award dated 24.11.2010, passed in L.A.C. No.616 of 2006. 2. At the outset, learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the matter is covered by virtue of the Government Resolution Dated 03.11.2016 and as corrected or amended by Corrigendum Dated 13.08.2018, whereby the State Government has adopted the policy not to prefer an appeal, if the enhanced rate is less than four times the rate awarded by the Land Acquisition Officer. 3. In the present matter, the SLAO had determined compensation at the rate of Rs.36,954/- per Hectare for the acquired land. The Reference Court has 2026:BHC-NAG:8444 2 244. FA 902 of 2012.odt determined compensation at the rate of Rs.1,20,000/- per Hectare. This is well within the limits prescribed under the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016. Accordingly, the present appeal can be disposed of in pursuance of Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016. 4. In view of this, the First Appeal stands disposed of. (SUSHIL M. GHODESWAR, J.) asd
