At the outset, Mr. Dahat, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, submits that the matters are covered by virtue of the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 and corrigendum dated 13.08.2018, whereby it has been directed not to prefer an appeal if the enhanced rate is less than four times the rate awarded by the Land Acquisition Officer.
